Twin Lakes Kitchen & Bath is proudly owned by Terry and Stephanie Cormican, a husband-wife team with a deep commitment to excellence, service and family values. What started in a modest 30x40 metal building has grown into a thriving remodeling firm with over 5,000 square feet of dedicated showroom and warehouse space in Mountain Home, AR.
Terry, a 1994 graduate of Lyon College in Batesville, Arkansas, began his career as a trim carpenter over 30 years ago. He quickly gained recognition for his attention to detail and craftsmanship, eventually becoming a fully licensed residential building contractor overseeing high end remodeling projects across the region. For over 25 years, Terry has led professional crews on construction projects of all sizes, always focusing on quality and precision.
Stephanie is a certified residential interior designer (RIDQC), bringing creative insight and functionality to each project. Together, Terry and Stephanie create a seamless balance between design vision and construction execution that, when combined with their expert field craftsmen, will bring your dreams to reality.
Facilities, Teams, Tools
We’ve proudly operated from the same Mountain Home location since 2011, serving a 60+ mile radius across North-Central Arkansas and South-Central Missouri. Our growing facility includes a modern showroom, warehouse and dedicated design spaces. Clients can experience materials, finishes and design ideas firsthand before making decisions.
Our team operates multiple mobile workstations – fully equipped trailers and trucks that are meticulously organized with top quality tools that are capable of supporting a variety of remodeling tasks. This allows us to stay efficient, clean and highly responsive on-site. We are also able to provide top quality custom shop produced materials quickly and efficiently from our central location.
We employ highly specialized crews, including master craftsmen with decades of experience in trim/finish carpentry, flooring installers, tile installers and full scale, interior remodeling. Each team member is carefully selected for their attention to detail, professionalism and commitment to the pursuit of excellence.
Twin Lakes Kitchen & Bath is licensed with the Arkansas Contractor’s Licensing Board (ID 29088), meeting all state requirements for residential building and light commercial contracting.
